I just spilled some coffee grounds on the floor of the bathroom, but i don't think i'm going to do anything about it because tomorrow the cleaning lady comes to clean our suite bathroom. I know my roommate will not care, but we'll see about the ashley's.
So on friday i got my hair cut. It's very cute in a Drew Barrymore way, but sometimes get's out of control. In this picture you can kind of see it in this picture, and i promised mel i'd get a picture up. So when i get a better picture i'll put it up. oh, and if you were wondering, i'm sitting in the wheel of a tracter out at a barn on the road to slippery rock where the ABTs and Beta's are working on our homecoming float . . . whole other story.
anyway, the week from hell is officially over. i had my Cost accounting exam on Wednesday (which i found out i got a 95%), and then on thursday i had Civ. Arts and INtermediate accounting back to back on thursday- these are tests where you can study and study and know all the info, but the tests are still impossible. isn't that simply wonderful?
well, considering i had a hard weekend, i think i made up for it in the weekend. Friday afternoon i went out to work on the float with some ABTs and Betas. Our theme is Gilligan's Island, and i've never been to a homecoming parade or built a float, so this is all new for me. And then i came back to campus, at this disgusting thing called friday night dinner, and hung out in my room and watched episodes of the Office until josh, james, mark, and scott came over and watched more episodes of the Office. Then we put in John Q. when KT came over with Knelly, Alissa, Luke, and E-rich. So our room was packed but it was good times.
Saturday was one of those days when i tried to be productive, but wasn't. We went to Pittsburgh to go to the Pirates game, but left campus around 2 in order to go to Kim's house for yummy steak. OUr car got lost, we were in the car for about 2 1/2 hours- i think i slept a lot. The game was pretty good. the baseball fans here pretty much suck, but i guess they make up for it with the Steelers (ugh). (don't hate me KT, for that Ugh). anyway, after the game, in which there was rain and wind and i was grateful to REI, we went down to the waterfront and we went to TGI fridays- were i think i had a little bit of everyone else's drink, yay, and more food. I think i'm STILL full from saturday night. i slept all the way back to campus, i was dead tired.
Anyways (i'm saying this even though my mother insists it's grammatically incorrect), there is not much more exciting to say except for the fact that i think i have Plantar Facheitus (this is not spelled correctly) and my heel is killing me. So unfortunate!!
I'm sure more philisophical musings will come later when i'm not sidetracked with AIM (wink wink) and the fact that i need to work on the stocking like mad.
